Do you Feel Stressed?

Stress is a major part of our modern lives. It seems that the more developed we become as a society, the more frazzled and disenchanted we feel with life. Work, family, relationship conflicts, money issues all contribute to feelings of stress and anxiety. Life doesn't seem as simplistic as it should be and we become overwhelmed. I know that many people I come across are using coping mechanisms to deal with their day to day lives, such as anti-depressants, alcohol and even drugs. Facing our problems head on can be a very difficult process and not an easy path to take.

Taking time to listen to those emotions and feelings, is very useful and forms part of our intuition. They provide us with signs as to how our lives are working out for us, what we need to take note of and how we can develop. Sometimes getting in the right head space in order to truly listen to those emotions can be difficult, as we become consumed with the feelings and dwell on them, resulting in a permanently negative state of mind.

Being mindful and observant helps us to stop and take a moment, digest and not react but just feel, then let go. Taking time out to have a reiki or reflexology treatment can create the perfect space for you to do this. It allows you the focus, the time and the opportunity to start healing, mind, body and spirit. You can face the feelings head on and start positively moving forward in the right direction.
