Reiki Healing

Reiki pronounced "Ray-Kee" is Japanese for "universal life energy". It is a non invasive hands on healing therapy to balance the chakras (energy centres), body, mind and spirit.

We are all made up of energy and reiki works with our energy to help guide us back to optimum health. It can help with most conditions from physical to mental. It is a very gentle, yet powerful healing therapy.

During a treatment you will relax and may even fall into a deep sleep. You may experience heat or a tingling sensation as the energy rebalances itself. This is your time to relax and feel at peace, to switch off and recharge your batteries completely!

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle holistic therapy, based on the principle that different reflex points on the feet, hands and face relate to various parts of the body.

It can help alleviate the stresses and strains, eliminates toxins from the body, improves circulation and helps to restore you to a natural state of balance.

I have completed a reflexology course for pregnancy, birth and fertility, which means that I am experienced at working with pre-conception and pregnant clients. I provide a comfortable,

gentle space where you are able to tune into your body, lie back and relax for an hour. Previous clients have found this especially useful when trying to conceive and during their pregnancy.

I offer a mobile service that works especially well during the latter stages of pregnancy, as it means you can enjoy some relaxation from the comfort of your own home.

Please note that I only treat clients who are over 12 weeks pregnant.
